Persib Bandung Set to Loan Key Players, Including Dedi Kusnandar and Dimas Drajad, as Transfer Window Heats Up
The 2025-2026 Super League transfer window has heated up as Persib Bandung signals a potential loan of several local players. Surprisingly, big names like Dedi Kusnandar and Dimas Drajad are among those listed as potential temporary departures.
Persib’s head coach, Bojan Hodak, clarified that loan deals will only apply to local players. As for foreign players, the club currently has just 10 in the squad, all of whom are still crucial to maintaining the team's strength.
"Why loan out foreign players when we only have 10? If it's local players, some of them may be loaned out," Bojan explained at Gelora Bandung Lautan Api (GBLA) Stadium on Saturday (August 30, 2025).
One player who has already confirmed his departure is Zalnando, who will be loaned to Persita Tangerang. However, Bojan mentioned that 2-3 other players could follow, including two of Persib's senior members.
Dedi Kusnandar has become the first name making the rounds in the rumors. The experienced midfielder, wearing the number 11 jersey, is looking for more playing time after being sidelined for a long period due to injury. Several clubs have expressed interest, and Bojan hasn't ruled out the possibility of loaning him out.
"We’ll talk to him, and then we’ll make a decision. Because fundamentally, he needs playing minutes after his injury," said Bojan.
